Your Key Responsibilities :
- Requirements Gathering and Discovery
Lead meetings with client stakeholders to understand and capture project requirements
Write, review, and / or edit business and technical documentationDelivery ManagementUse your technical background to close the gap and ensure smooth integration between the technical and business side of UDig projects
Actively manage client expectations through activities such as writing and delivering a project status report to key client stakeholders and leadership, managing expectations for realistic project delivery timelinesLead project standup, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other agile ceremonies, acting as the bridge between key client stakeholders and the agile software delivery teamCreating and maintaining a product backlog to ensure it is an accurate reflection of the business priorities and includes the right level of detail for both business and technical stakeholdersActively engaging with client stakeholders to seek out answers and details needed to keep the delivery team on trackCollaborating with technical leads and solution architects from both UDig and the clientMeeting with key client stakeholders to maintain strong relationshipsContributing to internal UDig "fun / innovative" projectsCareer and job growth through UDig-provided training and career pathsWhat You'll Need : Core Competencies :

Previous consulting experience with a consulting firm or professional services firm, including contributions to thought leadership and pre-sales support, is highly preferred.Proven ability to quickly assess and understand new business domains, challenges, and pain points with experience in state government being a plusExperience understanding a client's business and technical needs and acting as the bridge between the client stakeholder and the technical delivery team membersExperience delivering custom, greenfield software and data projects within multiple industries5 years of experience, including the following :Collaborating with business stakeholders to define requirements
Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to document techniques such as swim lane diagrams, flowcharts, and domain modelingManaging software development and / or data focused projects in an agile environmentWriting and presenting project status and applicable metrics to executive stakeholdersPreferred experience delivering custom software and data projectsTechnologies, tools, and methodologies :Experience with Kanban from implementation, execution and training
Comfortable working in a variety of agile project management and documentation tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Notion, Linear, ServiceNow, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication, executive presence, and interpersonal skills to :Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders, senior leadership, and colleagues.
