About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business to Business Account Manager to join our team at UG Group Financial in Cedar Falls, IA. As a Business to Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales within a specific geographic area, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving personal sales goals. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Experience we are looking for:
  • At least 1 year experience as an Business to Business Account Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
