Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining occupancy databases (CAD, Seating, Stacking, etc.) for all our customer’s biotech sites.
- Serving as the company's Document Control function, managing the document management system.
- Ensuring effective integration of as-builts/polylines from customer’s A/E firms to maintain an accurate database.
- Conducting periodic occupancy validation activities to ensure space assignment data accuracy.
- Performing occupancy studies and developing scenarios in support of occupancy strategy activities.
- Providing technical/professional support for furniture management and other occupancy-related functions.
- Developing space plans for small non-permitted changes.
- Working with the Performance & Financial Analyst to provide financial impact information regarding occupancy planning activities.
- Supporting routine space reassignment and Move Requests.
- Providing additional support for System Administration and Database Management for Nuvolo.

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in occupancy planning, space planning, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
