RN Operating Room

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Provide patient and family education on disease management, treatments, and self-care.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, and provide appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure adherence to infection control procedures and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.

Pay: $2,209.00 per week
