Human Resources Shared Services Manager, 33 Lewis Rd Shift Day Hours per week: 40 Salary range: $49.24 - $73.86 per hour, depending on experience. Overview The Human Resources Shared Services Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing HR service delivery across UHS. This role ensures accurate, timely, and high-quality HR transactions and case resolution, creating a seamless, consistent, and employee-centered HR experience. This position drives operational excellence by refining workflows, implementing technology solutions, and fostering a service-oriented culture aligned with UHS’s values of compassion, trust, respect, teamwork, and innovation. This leader will collaborate closely with functional leaders, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), IT, Payroll, and Compliance to streamline HR operations and proactively address employee needs.
