Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate Applicant Processing System (iCMS) to facilitate hiring and onboarding system for new employees
Coordinate and confirm interview schedules with potential candidates, the HR Director and hiring managers
Assist potential candidates with the application and onboarding processes
Review all HR documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness and all necessary signatures
Create and maintain up-to-date and accurate personnel files
Verify employee licensure/certifications and annual training
Accurately answer and reference supporting documentation related to general HR inquires
Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED required, BS/BA strongly preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
