What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Specialist Representative ROC FT position at UHS?
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides clerical and administrative support to the entire Human Resources department. Maintains personnel records in an established file system. Is responsible for daily administrative tasks of the human resources department including filing, faxing, copying, and organizing departmental files. In addition, the Human Resource Representative will assist the human resources department with new hire processing, administrative duties, clerical duties to include front desk coverage when necessary.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 5-8 years’ experience in a human resources office.
2. Knowledge of current computer software including Word and Excel.
3. Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi task.
4. General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
5. Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.
EDUCATION / LICENSURE:
1. High School diploma, GED, or Higher Education required.
