Job Overview:
The Account Coordinator develops and provides on-site support based on client company needs, critical/traumatic incident debriefing and supervisor/employee orientation programs for client companies. This position also creates and implements promotional plans in coordination with Account Managers.
Essential Job Duties:
- Support account promotional plans through idea generation, suggestions, development of flyers and other materials, implementation support and measurement
- Provide orientation, health fair participation and other on-site support for client companies
- Create and update client orientation and webinar presentations as assigned.
- Assist the department with developing and utilizing assessment tools such as service evaluation to improve customer service
- Maintain appropriate history and files electronically and in hard copy as necessary
- Assist department with quarterly, semi-annual and/or annual service utilization reviews
- Communicate with client company primary site contacts to review service utilization reports
- Participate in internal client brainstorming sessions and discussion aimed at improving the utilization and customer service ratings
- Write articles for client newsletters
- Participate in program webinars as assigned
- Maintain and update Critical Incident Stress Management log as assigned
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a Behavioral Science Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or closely related behavioral science discipline field
- 2 years equivalent experience in a behavioral/mental health career
- Ability to travel locally based on client needs
- Valid motor vehicle operator's license
- Statement of Michigan licensure and/or CEAP, PHR/SPHR certification a plus
- Previous EAP account management/business-related/human resources experience desirable
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to cope with difficult and/or urgent situations requiring immediate decisions
- Experience providing training and workshops/seminars
- Proficient in Microsoft office products or equivalent
