What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Maintenance Manager position at Ulta Beauty?
Experience
- Experience with and knowledge of material handling equipment and facilities maintenance. Including but not limited to:
- Experience managing teams of engineers, managers, and hourly associates.
- Experience managing maintenance operating budgets in the excess $5MM
- Experience managing material handling assets preventative maintenance programs in the excess of $200MM
- Experience in managing larger facilities in the excess of 700,000 sq. ft.
- Experience in managing large Capital Budgets in the excess $5MM
- Five or more years engineering experience supporting, commissioning and troubleshooting PLC/PC industrial control systems (Siemens, Rockwell Systems/Allen Bradley, Square D) and their industrial networks (DeviceNet, SDS and Profibus, Ethernet I/O)
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to adjust work schedule according to the business needs
- Ability to work additional hours with little or no notice
- Occasional travel to other distribution centers in the network
