We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Travel Advisor to join our team. As a Luxury Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for servicing the clients of our travel agency partners, who are themselves travel agencies catering to luxury clientele. The main responsibilities of the role include building strong relationships, creating bespoke travel itineraries, and exceeding sales targets. This individual must have strong organizational, time-management, and relationship-building skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our partner travel agencies and their luxury travel clients.
  • Utilize your persuasive skills and strong closing techniques to convert leads into bookings.
  • Create bespoke luxury travel itineraries tailored to the client's preferences, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable travel experience.
  • Have a determination and motivation to exceed targeted goals. Be driven by results.
  • Proactively address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage any issues that may arise during the booking and travel process.
  • Continuously build and strengthen relationships with partner agencies through effective communication, regular updates, and support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, travel preferences, and bookings using our internal CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.


Requirements:

  • 3 years of proven sales success, including strong closing skills within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury travel or a travel agency setting.
  • Preferably experience selling Caribbean & Mexico destinations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strong relationship-based sales skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel agencies.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and travel reservation software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
