What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Clerk position at Ultimate Staffing Services?

Job duties include:

- Answering customer phone calls and questions

- Taking and processing orders

- Calling customers and vendors to follow up on appointments and deliveries.

- Compiling, maintaining and updating company records.

Must have:

- Excel and microsoft experience

- Excellent organization

- Bilingual preffered
