Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our client's team in Ellicott City, MD. This role is ideal for a customer service professional with prior call center experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries regarding appointments, insurance, and general medical office concerns.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments following office protocols.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary documentation.
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient communication and support.
- Follow HIPAA regulations and company policies to protect patient information.
Requirements:
- Previous call center experience is required (medical call center experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills with a professional and compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced medical setting.
