Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support at behavioral health office
- Greet clients, schedule visit and insurance verification
- Translation of services for Spanish speaking clients
- Oversee waiting area
- Manage client payment accounts
- Handles outgoing mail as well as distributing incoming
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ethical conduct and confidentiality
- Handle client crisis in calm manner
- Microsoft Office Suite
