We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our client's team in the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Sage Timberline software.
About the Role
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication.
You will oversee bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
Reconcile accounts and assist with financial reporting.
Coordinate and support project managers with budgeting, forecasting, and job costing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office manager and/or bookkeeper, ideally in the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in Sage Timberline software (required).
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles and construction industry-specific financials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
