Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced HVAC Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Durham, North Carolina. This full-time, temp-to-hire position is perfect for someone with prior construction or HVAC office billing and invoicing experience. The selected candidate will be a vital part of the team, ensuring the smooth operation of office functions.
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office.
- Handle human resources tasks such as onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and supplies.
- Provide general office support as needed.
- Prior construction or HVAC office billing/invoicing experience is a must.
- Sage experience is required.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay range: $19 - $23 per hour
This position offers a maximum pay of $21 per hour and a minimum pay of $19 per hour.
