Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a non profit headquartered in DC in their search for a Manager of Membership to join their team. Salary Range: $70,000 - $74,000 annually.
This role will be hybrid with three days in office in Washington DC.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit new member companies through various outreach and marketing activities including but not limited to phone calls, emails, and other marketing messages
- Manage the entire prospect journey from qualifying through close and onboarding
- Strategically manage territory of assigned prospective member companies
- Develop and qualify leads to create new membership opportunities
- Manage pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Coordinate a smooth transition into membership
- Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline and day-to-day activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of experience in sales or account management with multi-decision maker deals;
- Prior experience in for-profit membership, research program, advisory and/or professional services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Challenger Sale methodology
- Background or strong interest in politics and business policy issues
- Prior political fundraising experience
- Effective and influential presentation skills
