Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant for a temporary role in Gaithersburg, MD. This position requires at least 3 years of administrative experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling phone inquiries, preparing documents, and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage calendars and scheduling
Organize and maintain files and records
Prepare and proofread documents
Assist with general administrative tasks and projects
Qualifications:
3 years of administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
