Responsibilities :
- Oversee payroll process for 3 skilled nursing facilities
- Perform daily payroll tasks, such as monitoring employee hours, making employee changes, ensuring all employee information is correct in payroll system.
- Constant communication with each facility to manage payroll timely and effectively.
- Prepare all required documentation necessary to process payroll.
- Other A / P and HR tasks as assigned.
