Mainline Fiber Construction: Aerial Division seeking qualified candidates to construct strand and install fiber cable for growing, privately owned company. Work is located widely through out River Valley and Central Arkansas. Climbers wanted! Bucket operators wanted! Ground helpers wanted!
Aerial experience is preferred, however, Ultra Energy is willing to train highly motivated individuals with strong work ethic and hands-on skills such as electrical, mechanical, or construction and other various skilled labor trade experience.

Compensation: Per Foot Rates for Leads and helper, ground techs are compensated a a per day rate, company offers power school certification and power climbing certification for qualified candidates. The opportunity to earn is endless, current technicians average $600-$3000 per week, earning averages are dependent on technicians ability to perform and provide quality work.
Requirements:
High-school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to use basic hand tools
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs., comfortably without restriction
Aerial candidates must be able to work in heights up to 40 ft., comfortable working over head, climbers willing to supply their own climbing gear. (Company Bucket trucks are available).
Must be willing to move over all types of terrain in various kinds of weather while carrying tools and equipment needed to complete the job.
Must be comfortable using weight-bearing equipment such as safety harnesses and extensions ladders while wearing fully loaded tool belts at times.
Must be able to use a ladder with a total load capacity of 300 pounds
Posses Basic Computer and Phone Skills
Must be dependable and able to complete jobs within or ahead of deadlines ensuring quality installation
Able to work as a team and posses excellent communication skills.
