The HRBP works closely with the HR Director to manage the operations of the HR Function. The HRBP is charged with managing training, annual appraisals, workforce management among other operational duties. Additionally, the HRBP is responsible for advising on and applying all HR policies and company guidelines to ensure management staff of assigned departments are duly aware and adhere to same.
Responsibilities:
Support Managers and Supervisor across the organization on all HR related matters.
Maintaining employee files and all relevant HR documentation.
Administering Personnel Actions and HR investigations as needed.
Provide handbook policy and procedure guidance to employees and management for assigned departments.
Administer annual appraisal processes.
Assist the HR Director with annual budget preparation and ongoing forecasting.
Coordinate Learning & Development and Career Path processes and oversight of the Job Shadow Program.
FMLA & ADA Reasonable Accommodation and LOA administration.
Onboarding and 30, 60, 90 Check-Ins. Offboarding and Exit Interviews.
Annual EEO-1 Reporting for the entire US population; related annual reporting functions for other jurisdictions.
Develop and maintain organizational guidelines and SOPs.
Review both short- and long-range cost estimates and projections and relevant statistical analyses regarding labor.
Survey industry trends, employee feedback and review information obtained from the results.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
Create and maintain relationships with managers and supervisors.
Work closely with the Payroll and Benefits Supervisor and be able to provide back-up.
Ad Hoc projects and reporting.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in a HRBP or generalist role.
Process evaluation and the creation of SOP’s and the adherence to.
Experience in handling a wide range of HR-related administrative tasks and functions.
Ability to work with multiple departments to execute critical HR processes, and to manage HR issues with an objective, unbiased approach that appropriately balances management and employee interests.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
