Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and help manage existing customers.
- Learn/Maintain current knowledge of the Lawn Care industry, it's trends and best practices.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Strategize and execute client acquisition and retention programs.
- Meet regularly with Management team regarding customer activity.
- Assist with administrative duties: production entry, data management, mailings, etc.
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned including helping with billable work such as snow removal.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, meet established deadlines and change as business needs require.
- Experience and knowledge of Customer Acquisition Management or CRM a plus.
- Experience with lawn care a plus.
- Intermediate PC skills, including e-mail, routine database activity, word, excel, graphics, etc.
- Clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
