Part-Time Assistant to the COO
Location: Nampa, Idaho

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing team? Ume Dental Growth is seeking a part-time Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage the COO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Prioritize and handle emails, phone calls, and prepare reports. Communicate effectively with the COO and other team members.
- Project Management: Lead departmental initiatives and work on special projects.
- Legal/HR Support: Send responses to Workers' Comp and assist with onboarding new practices.
- Crisis Management & Problem-Solving: Assist in managing urgent matters as they arise.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials for meetings, including financial reports and budgets.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Drive, including Docs and Sheets, as well as other productivity tools.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
