About the Role:

A Private/Healthcare Relationship Manager III develops, advises, manages, and retains Private and Professional Banking client relationships. Wealth management services to these clients include: deposit, cash management, credit, investment management, and trust services. Ensure that all required paperwork is completed for new account set-up and forms are in files

  • Business development of client relationships
  • Advises clients on wealth management and implementation strategies
  • Manage and review client relationships on an ongoing basis.
  • Demonstrate intermediate to advanced understanding and development of all Wealth Management services including: consumer and commercial credit structures and solutions, financial planning, deposit solutions, investment management solutions, and trust solutions
  • Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
  • Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
  • May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.
  • Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Umpqua corporate culture in all actions and words.
  • Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

 

About You:

  • College degree in business administration. (Preferred)
  • 3 year of Private Banking/Commercial Banking experience (Required)
  • Proactive
  • Working knowledge of credit structures
  • Focused on client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to provide client solutions
  • Working knowledge of bank products and services in order to cross-sell
  • Proficient in prospecting, building, and managing client relationships
  • Proactive in external and internal job functions
  • Working knowledge in all job functions
  • Proficient knowledge in other banking services offered by other lines of business to identify and offer qualified referrals

Our Benefits:

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $89,000.00 - $160,000.00 and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
