What You’ll Be Doing: 

  1. Executive Support: Assist with coordinating special requests and materials for the Executive of film, keeping them prepared and ready for each phase of production. 

  1. Document and Communication Management: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, and calendar invites and meetings for the Executive of Film, ensuring important documents are properly scanned, filed, and distributed efficiently. 

  1. Team Support: Serve as a reliable backup, providing seamless assistance to team members when needed, ensuring continuity and smooth operations across the department. 
     

What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:

  1. Education: A college degree in film, communications, or a related field, showing your dedication and passion for the entertainment industry is a plus. 

  1. Passion for Entertainment: A genuine enthusiasm for being part of an industry that brings stories to life, eager to contribute and make a difference.  

  1. Relevant Experience: Whether through internships, freelance work, or other industry roles, your background demonstrates your ability to thrive in a multimedia environment.  

  2. Operational Know-How: A basic understanding of the nuts and bolts that keep the film department running smoothly, from organizing workflows to coordinating projects. 
  3. Team Player: Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a positive attitude, fitting right into our family-like team.  


The salary for this position is $18/hour, with eligibility for overtime pay. In addition, we offer robust health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as generous paid time off (PTO) and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match. Our comprehensive benefits package reflects our commitment to supporting the well-being and financial security of our employees.
