POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the administration of human resources policies and procedures. Handles day-to-day employee relations activities and administers other human resources programs as required. Participates in the implementation and administration of employee benefits. Serves as a resource for employees with respect to employee benefit communications, forms completion, and associated records maintenance. Handles Certifications and Licensures.
EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Required: Associate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Two years experience in Human Resources.
PREFERRED: Bachelor’s Degree
