Product Development Coordinator

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Product Development team as a Product Development Coordinator. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the team through the management and maintenance of product data, including SKUs, product dimensions, unit specifics, and other technical information. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a strong ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and manage technical product data for use in internal systems and external communications
• Create and maintain product import templates, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
• Regularly update and manage the ERP product database, as well as other company applications
• Provide confidential administrative support to the Product Development team as needed
• Ensure product information is accurately compiled, organized, and filed securely
• Review, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in product data, collaborating with managers as needed
• Keep up to date with the assigned product collection to ensure all information is current and relevant
• Distribute accurate product technical data to internal teams, including sales and development, in a timely manner
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong ability to prioritize and see projects through from start to finish
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Critical thinking skills to propose improvements for ongoing projects
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Slack) is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage competing project deadlines efficiently
