Enrollment Support Specialist

Graduation from high school and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities gained through four years of specialized office experience.Experience evaluating and processing the transfer credit of readmitted and continuing students.Experience updating student records affected by transient study, registration changes, duplicate credit, education abroad credit, etc.Experience working in higher education, preferably in the Office of the Registrar, is also preferred.Experience with identifying processes that need to be streamlined and develops appropriate solutions, such as policy or practice changes and developing reports to monitor for data integrity reports related to the position's tasks.Experience and familiarity with various programs such as Banner, Microsoft Office Suite, Content 7, Raptor, and DegreeWorks is preferred.Ability to work closely with the Transfer Credit Team and academic departments regarding processing and improvements, focusing on accuracy, consistency, transparency, and simplicity for students.Strong attention to details needed.Willingness to learn new things.
