With about 30 employees and entering into our peak season, we’re seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team! What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be our main point of contact for our wholesale and retail customers to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. You will be part of the Roasting Facility and work closely with the sales and equipment service team to support our customer base, help to grow our reach and provide excellent customer service and product support. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for UCR in our community, making sure our wholesale customers get the best experience possible. Your days will be a mix of:
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Connect with potential and existing wholesale customers, turning those relationships into sales. Your strong communication and customer service skills will make you the trusted advisor they rely on.
- Managing Customer Accounts and Orders: Be the one to take care of customer orders and troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Handle the order process from start to finish. If you’ve got hands-on experience with QuickBooks, you’ll excel at ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Staying Ahead of the Game: Keep up-to-date with the latest in coffee brewing technology and trends, using your knowledge to educate customers and recommend the best products for their needs.
- Collaborating for Success: Work closely with our Warehouse Manager and Vice President to nail down pricing, margins, and quotes, ensuring every order or project is cost-effective and customer-focused. Your ability to multitask and proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office will help keep everything organized.
- Being a Team Player: Take on other duties as required to meet the needs of the organization. Your willingness to step in wherever needed will help us all succeed together.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.72 - $22.55 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
