Job Summary

Duties
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide medication administration as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
- Support clients in mobility and lifting as needed to ensure their safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Document care provided and any changes in client condition or behavior accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and family members to develop personalized care plans.
Skills
- Experience in senior care and dementia care is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of related systems.
- Ability to prepare healthy meals while considering dietary restrictions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
