Need to have experience on Genesys platform.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Genesys Contact Centre PM to join client's team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Genesys certification preferred
• Proven experience working with Genesys contact centre solutions
• Genesys migration and integration working with SME's offshore together with internal stakeholders in multiple geographies
• Collaboration with change manager and solution architects
• Genesys Network telecom
• Call Centre architecture
• Telephony experience is needed
