Customer Service Agent Role
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Customer Service Agent to provide first-class service to our customers. As the first line of defense, you will be responsible for resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with baggage pick-up and resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
- Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage.
- Handle customer interactions in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be a local resident.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Valid In-State Drivers License necessary.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and up to a 10-year background check.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ramp and SIDA training required to obtain airport authority identification security.
