Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with their baggage pick-up.
- Help resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
- Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage.
- Handle customer interaction in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
- Perform other related duties within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a local (in-state) resident.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Valid In-State Driver's License needed.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
- Ramp and SIDA training completed to obtain airport authority identification security.
- Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
- Alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
