4. GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice while providing superior customer service to existing clients and prospects. Position requires employee to perform industry specific tasks such as application submission, account follow up, incoming client calls, database management, and client appointment preparation - including preparation of paper and e-applications for each designated advisor.

5. JOB DUTIES

FREQUENCY JOB DUTIES

DAILY

1. Receive incoming client calls in a friendly, warm manner
2. Record notes from every client conversation in the Redtail database, alert Partners if issues arise
3. Attend client meetings as needed to complete any necessary applications and transfer paperwork
4. Assist in the completion of new business applications – start to finish
5. Track all pending applications/pending transactions
6. Create appropriate client file for each new account – electronic and paper as needed
7. Submit any additional client contributions/check deposits to appropriate accounts

WEEKLY

1. Follow-up on pending new business work with the appropriate companies
2. Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers or amendments
3. Update client weekly on their accounts and enter all data in Redtail
4. Assist advisor with pre-appointment preparation (applications, etc.) by reviewing the advisors weekly calendar for upcoming appointments
5. Complete, submit and maintain compliance logs for all check deposits

AS NEEDED

1. Assist in training new advisors the process for new business paperwork
2. Ensure any paper applications/transfer paperwork is readily available
3. Process client service paperwork
4. Assist with any special projects or audits

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Prior experience working in financial industry (required)

  • Capable of concierge-level customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
