Sales Assistant positions have an hourly base pay plus commission options.
Sales Manager positions are salary based with bonus structures.
Duties
- Assist the sales team in managing territory sales and account management activities.
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support throughout the sales process.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and retail interactions.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Support inside sales efforts by preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on leads.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
- Familiarity with business development concepts and lead generation strategies is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
