What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper position at Unifying Spirits?
Responsibilities:
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers bank accounts
- Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts
- Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
- Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Complete payroll in payroll system, ensure accuracy, arrange for appropriate bank transfers and enter data in accounting software
- Maintaining records for and renewal of licenses
- Administrative record keeping
- Record financial transactions, reconcile bank statements and record keeping
- Prepare documents as needed through drafting, editing, and distributing:
- Meeting agenda packages and minutes, for both Management and Team meetings
- General correspondence, reports, and presentations (Drafting, Reviewing and Distributing)
- Federal, state, and other reporting as needed
- Research and secure travel arrangements for Management Team and other staff for conferences, trainings, and meetings
- Assist Management Team in planning, scheduling, and attending meetings, conferences, events and activities as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
