Union Pacific Streamliner Federal Credit Union (UPSFCU), founded in 1937, is a growing financial cooperative based in Omaha, Nebraska and serves the financial needs of the employees of Union Pacific Railroad, its subsidiaries, contractors and strategic partners and their families across the United States.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced team member to join our credit union to serve as a Member Services Supervisor.
This is a full-time position [30-40 hours per week] and located at credit union office in the Union Pacific Center in downtown Omaha. Paid parking and full benefit plan are available.
The Member Services Supervisor is responsible for transactional and support services to members across our delivery platforms; in-person, over-the-phone or online. This position would be responsible for cash operations, coordinating our ATM network and managing member service issues. Ability to work as a team member and team leader is crucial to the success of this position.

- Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Required Experience: 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience.
- Strong cash handling skills and experience.
- Strong math and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to cross sale products and services.
- Must maintain confidentiality of member transactions and account records.
- Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others.
- Good phone voice with professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to interview members and understand requests in person, over the phone or through email.
- Ability to prioritize; handle multiple tasks; and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy.
- Thorough knowledge of financial institution operations, products, and services offered at the credit union.
- Sales experience a plus, willingness to make outbound service calls.
- Regular and predictable attendance is a required essential function of the job.
