Human Resource Assistant
The Human Resources Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting a wide range of human resources functions across recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, compliance tracking, and employee relations. This individual will be responsible for handling HR administrative tasks with a high level of organization, attention to detail, and discretion. The HR Assistant will ensure that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Acting as a primary point of contact for employees, this role will help address HR-related inquiries, facilitate onboarding, assist with recruitment, and ensure compliance with both company policies and legal regulations.
Education/Experience/Other Requirements:
- Equivalent Experience and/or associate's degree in human resources, Business Administration preferred.
- Knowledge of HRIS, data entry, and general HR operations.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
