Human Resources Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, compliance tracking, and HR system management. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. The HR Generalist will act as a key point of contact for employees, assisting with inquiries and ensuring that HR processes are handled efficiently and effectively.
Education/Experience/Other Requirements
- Equivalent Experience and/or associate's degree in human resources, Business Administration.
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources, or similar strategic HR role preferred.
- Knowledge of HRIS, data entry, and general HR operations.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.
