Job Description
Unisource National Lender Services is a real estate related service company operating in 43 states. We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper with strong bookkeeping experience. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years experience as Full Charge Bookkeeper.
2. Strong experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). This includes sending invoices to current customers, managing aging reports and paying and recording company invoices as due to vendors.
3. Clear understanding of multiple Bank accounts reconciliations including understanding and the ability to resolve issues as they are found.
4. Ability to run payroll through ADP including calculating commissions
4. QuickBooks Enterprise desktop version is currently being utilized. Ability to run consolidated financial statements, work with the CPA at year end to close books and make regulatory filings as needed.
As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for handling the day to day issues and natters that need attention.
