We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting the executive team, and contributing to a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation Range: $90K - $130K

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace runs efficiently and is well-organized.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked, equipment is functional, and the space is welcoming for all employees and visitors.
- Ensuring all visiting guests are prepared for their visit and have an enjoyable experience while here
- Lead in the planning and execution of office events, such as team-building activities, holiday parties, and other company-wide gatherings.
- Plan and coordinate catering services for company meetings, special events, and regular office meals (3 days a week).
- Manage relationships with all vendors, ensuring a high standard of service and quality.
- Assist in booking flights, hotels, transportation and other reservations for traveling executives, ensuring seamless travel arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO and other executives as needed.
- Assist in the planning and hosting of our quarterly board meetings
- Host company-wide meetings and guest speakers

- Proven experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with event planning or coordination.
- Strong interpersonal skills and vendor management experience.
