Job Title : MMK96H – Manager- Marketing Automation
Brief Description : The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and campaigns. As a key driver of our demand generation strategy, this role will execute data-driven, multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation and nurture prospects to fuel our sales pipeline. This role is critical to ensure software and tools are aligned to meet marketing and business strategy, goals, and best practices.
Day-to-day, this individual will be involved in various marketing and sales operations projects, responsible for ongoing database management, managing customer segmentation, as well as performance monitoring and KPI analysis to optimize various metrics including leads and conversion rates.
S pecific job duties :
- Expertly manage and optimize automated lead generation and nurture campaigns via HubSpot database management platform
- Proactively research and employ latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards of HubSpot platform management
- Configure and implement HubSpot workflows, forms, landing pages, email sequences, lead scoring models, and other features to automate marketing and sales activities
- Apply best practices and test strategies for content optimization to drive engagement and generate leads, working with marketing lead and agency partner
- Build efficient and organized database segmentation for effective and innovative targeting solutions
- Thoroughly and proactively monitor and track campaign KPIs through HubSpot dashboards that can be easily accessed and understood
- Interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights from HubSpot analytics to inform go-to-market strategies
- Maintain HubSpot data integrity by cleaning, managing and growing database to ensure accurate lead and contact information for effective outreach
- Foster strong partnership with marketing and sales leadership to align demand generation strategy with business goals, go-to-market strategies and customer lifecycle management
- Deliver excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and ensure on-time, trackable delivery
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure adherence to lead generation process and hand-offs to support tech integrations between marketing automation, CRM, and website CMS platforms
