SO, WHAT IS THE JOB ALL ABOUT?
- Overseeing a caseload w/3 homes w/approximately 2-3 clients in each home.
- Preferred qualifications include certifications such as L1MA, FA/CPR, & CPI. UCP will provide obtaining certifications (if needed).
- Applicants will need to exhibit a vibrant, outgoing personality and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Familiarity with technology systems, including Relias, QuickMar, Set-Works, Microsoft 365, and PayCor, is beneficial. This role involves a commitment of a minimum of 40 hours per week
- -SHIFTS WILL VARY DEPENDING ON CLIENT NEED.
- Flexibility is essential, as the position requires on-call availability for assigned sites & participation in an on-call rotation.
- Additionally, candidates must be prepared to cover open shifts as needed, with scheduling subject to change based on staffing and client requirements.
- UCP & state requires a clean driving record & reliable transportation with minimum liability insurance. (MVR Background check will be performed)
- Must be willing to participate in frequent team meetings or calls.
- Maintain professional relationships with consumers, coworkers, guardians, & other UCP personnel.
- Will interact with family often.
- Assist with ADL’s, including toileting and bathing.
- Lift and Transfer (includes use of gait belt, wheelchair, Hoyer, etc); adaptive transportation.
- Administer medications per physician’s orders and agency policy/procedure, shift documentation using Set-Works, and general housekeeping.
- CNA preferred, but not required
THIS IS AN EXEMPT, FULL TIME POSITION: $55,000 to $61,000 Annually
Salary : $55,000 - $61,000
