SO, WHAT IS THE JOB ALL ABOUT?
Overseeing a caseload w / 3 homes w / approximately 2-3 clients in each home.Preferred qualifications include certifications such as L1MA, FA / CPR, & CPI. UCP will provide obtaining certifications (if needed).Applicants will need to exhibit a vibrant, outgoing personality and maintain a positive atmosphere.Familiarity with technology systems, including Relias, QuickMar, Set-Works, Microsoft 365, and PayCor, is beneficial.This role involves a commitment of a minimum of 40 hours per week SHIFTS WILL VARY DEPENDING ON CLIENT NEED.Flexibility is essential, as the position requires on-call availability for assigned sites & participation in an on-call rotation.Additionally, candidates must be prepared to cover open shifts as needed, with scheduling subject to change based on staffing and client requirements.UCP & state requires a clean driving record & reliable transportation with minimum liability insurance. (MVR Background check will be performed)Must be willing to participate in frequent team meetings or calls.Maintain professional relationships with consumers, coworkers, guardians, & other UCP personnel.Will interact with family often.Assist with ADL’s, including toileting and bathing.Lift and Transfer (includes use of gait belt, wheelchair, Hoyer, etc); adaptive transportation.Administer medications per physician’s orders and agency policy / procedure, shift documentation using Set-Works, and general housekeeping.CNA preferred, but not requiredVALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
THIS IS AN EXEMPT, FULL TIME POSITION : $55,000 to $61,000 Annually
