What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Setup Technician position at United CNC?
United CNC Machining is seeking experienced CNC set-up techs. We are looking for a healthy, non-smoking, drug free, hard-working and happy workers who want to excel in the best environment with a dynamic team!
Required Experience
· Working with programmers to set up
· Work holding devices, tooling gages
· Help in developing first piece
· 5-axis experience a plus
· Will be required to setup and operate 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centers
· Prototype machining experience required
· Must be able to read 2D prints
· Must know GD&T
· 5 years minimum experience
