What You’ll Do:
- Execute project-specific duties with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate standard office equipment (typewriter, calculator, copier, fax machine, etc.).
- Utilize personal computing software applications (MS Office) and data processing tools (Navigator, Director).
- Maintain high accuracy and organization in your work.
- Follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Participate in essential compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, and other internal and external training programs.
- Adapt to an alternate work schedule, including Saturday rotation and extended hours during the week.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the project.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Successful completion of an on-the-job training program.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Required Skills:
- Proficiency in operating standard office equipment.
- Strong skills in MS Office and other data processing tools.
- Exceptional accuracy, organization, and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Ability to work independently and thrive under tight deadlines.
- Competence in following detailed instructions and learning new procedures.
