The ideal candidate will be a continuous learner who is always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures. They will be responsible for supporting the outside sales and project management team by tracking sales activities, quoting activity, orders won, and revenue generated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the outside sales and project management team by tracking sales activities, quoting activity, orders won, and revenue generated.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer and market requirements and provide sales support where appropriate.
- Assemble pertinent project information, including project executive summaries, process equipment technical information, construction details, scheduling, and pricing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.
- Recent college grads are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in field service/engineering, construction, water/wastewater, chemical industry or applicable experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new sales support programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
