Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of order processing in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment. They will coordinate warehouse workflows from order receipt to invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to 10-30 retail accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routing orders for retail accounts, coordinating pick-up scheduling with freight companies while complying with specifications detailed in retailer-specific routing guides.
- Updating warehouse management system (WMS) with order information, creating Bills of Lading (BOLs), and monitoring retailer requests for expedited orders.
- Resolving all order-related discrepancies, assisting in vendor chargeback research, and communicating high-priority orders and containers to the warehouse department as needed.
- Maintaining customer SOPs according to vendor guides, cross-training across all accounts, and efficiently managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
