Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting team members to enhance productivity. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. On site work is required, but for the right candidate this role could be part- or full-time, with flexible hours. School schedule friendly is definitely possible if needed
Primary Duties:
- Payroll, HR, and bookkeeping record-keeping and coordination
- Issue invoices and process all payments/deposits received
- Intake bills / vendor invoices and issue payments
- Assist with reception and be the face of the business to walk-in and call-in customers
- Assist with production planning and production routing
- Assist with materials and vendor procurement
- Put on office / staff events (e.g. coordinate staff luncheon)
- Own workplace culture
Successful candidate profile:
- Proficient at bookkeeping and financial math
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Understanding of working capital management
- Highly trustworthy individual
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a helpful attitude
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations is a plus
Qualifications required:
- High School Diploma
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree a plus but not required
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient with Quickbooks
