United Restaurant Supply is hiring for a Project Coordinator Position. We are looking for a high energy individual committed to organization and project deadlines. This individual will be responsible for assisting our Project managers in the implementation of our rapidly growing New Construction department. This individual will be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with all forms of communication including phone and email.
Responsibilities
- Enter orders for all new construction projects.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and promptly.
- Assemble and distribute submittal books to the applicable contractors.
- Track order entry, purchase, shipment, receipt, storage, and delivery.
- Process change orders as requested by the contractor and run through the sales team.
- Process pay applications for each project.
- Process new contracts and prepare for ownership signatures.
- Schedule project trainings with our regional Marketing representatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with General contractors.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems concerning deliveries, credits, products, payables etc.
- Attend weekly contract meetings and be willing to intelligibly discuss assigned projects.
- Attend monthly meetings held internally.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of a high school diploma
- A preferred minimum of 2 years of previous Project Coordination experience
- Excellent communication, analytical and computation skills
- Professional appearance
- Computer literate and embrace new technology
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background investigation and drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
