Position Summary
The quality assurance assistant is responsible for supporting the production manager with quality assurance tasks. This includes quality checks of the accuracy of bilingual stickers or labels against the product, proper placement of bi-lingual labels or stickers, as well as reviewing production reports to make sure products meet our standards and country regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Completing the Quality Check on bilingual translation stickers.
o Verify and confirm the draft bilingual stickers match the physical product and there is no conflicting information. Verification Checklist.
· Completing the Quality Check on the completed Production Reports.
o Verification of the Production Report to identify any issues in a timely manner. Must be completed before the order leaves the building.
o Communicate with appropriate departments and managers on discrepancies found on products while completing label verification and QA process.
· Work closely with the Labeling and Production Departments.
· Supervision of line workers to ensure proper placement of bilingual stickers or labels.
· Update pipeline with current production status.
· Assist in maintaining logbooks.
· Help in the development of quality control procedures, checklists, and reports.
· Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
· Other duties as required or directed.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· Must have strong attention to detail.
· Must be extremely organized, and able to multi-task.
· Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Google Docs, and WordPerfect.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Team player- must be able to collaborate across multiple departments.
· Must understand the importance of meeting deadlines.

· This position requires the ability to move around the office and warehouse to resolve any issues or problems that arise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
