- Associates' degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar degree) or 2 years equivalent work experience and HS Diploma/GED
- Experience with electrical environment using electrical testing and monitoring equipment to analyze/troubleshoot electrical systems
- Use of predictive and preventative maintenance techniques
- Ability to collect and analyze data in order to assess system health for a variety of equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using recording equipment
- Comfortable providing solutions to management within operating departments throughout the plant
- Ability to work in areas requiring a respirator or SCBA
- Ability to walk up/down varying flights of stairs
- Ability to climb ladders for one level to another
- Ability to work at elevations requiring use of fall protection
- Strong computer skills and ability to generate professional reports
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Requires working holidays, weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed
